A native of Medellin, Colombia, Dr.Correa first graduated from Instituto de Ciencias de la Salud- .E.S.in 1988 as a General Dentist and worked as an independent dentist in Colombia for 12 years. During these years, she sharpened her abilities by attending a great deal of Dental Seminars, Conferences, and Continued Education Courses, such as Straight Wire Orthodontic Techniques, among many others.

After moving to the United States, Dr. Correa continued to pursue herpassion for dentistry by going back to dental school at Loma Linda University in California. In June 2007, she received her second degree as a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.), in the USA.

Dr Correa moved to Texas in 2007, where she has established his practice in Frisco, TX as she very much enjoys the diversity and warmth of the city. She continuously enhances her knowledge and skills by taking numerous continuing education courses in orthodontics, implants and implant restorations, and all aspects of cosmetic dentistry so that she can keep up-to-date on the latest techniques. In 2016 she took a year long Implant Externship Program from Dental XP and the State University of New York at Stony Brook
