COVID-19 Update

Welcome back!  as of May 18, 2020 our office will reopen. We are constantly monitoring and updating our office protocols accordingly with the latest COVID-19 guidelines and have implemented new ones  to further protect and continue to ensure the highest quality dental care of service and safety for our patients and team. In addition our own team members will be screened daily before entering the facility. We will be wearing additional PPE for both yours and our protection.

We will contact you 24 hours prior to your dental appointment for a pre-screening. These are the screening forms that you need to fill out before the appointment:

Please, follow these precautions as we want to stay safe and protect others:

• All forms must be completed electronically prior to your appointment.
  
• Please inform our staff of any symptoms, traveled or contact with any possible case of COVID-19
  
• If any fever or cough, you will not be seen. Please reschedule your appointment in advance.
  
• Upon arrival you will notify us from your vehicle that you have arrived. You must bring your own face mask and your temperature will be taken upon arrival.
  
• In an effort to comply with the social distancing guidelines we require that all patients enter our office by themselves.
